Change

Here’s an inspiring quote for your Friday afternoon! It seems like the only thing constant in this life is change.  Change is definitely hard to do, there’s more difficult things in life where change is a progression and a struggle.  When I read this quote by Socrates it hit me hard, because I knew that in order to change any perspective or aspect of my life I need to focus my energy on “the new.”  Instead of focusing your energy on the person you don’t want to be, why not re-direct it to the person you want to be?
